Los Angeles - Actress Lindsay Lohan will face trial on March 18 on charges of cheating California police about a car crash in June last year and violating probation, raising the possibility he might be sent back to prison.
Judge in Los Angeles, Tuesday set a trial date on charges relating to a car crash and said the court would adjourn the hearing at the same time whether Lindsay violated probation in the incident as the jewelery theft in 2011.
Mean Girls star was in and out of rehabilitation centers and prisons since 2007, wearing a sleeveless black shirt and looked tired in a brief court session.
He arrived in Los Angeles from New York last Tuesday and set aside the attorney ever to choose a new lawyer, Mark Heller.
Lindsay to plead not guilty to three charges of misconduct while driving negligently, fraudulently and prevent the police when he said he was not driving his sports car which crashed into a truck in Santa Monica in June last year.
Lindsay, 26, left court without speaking to the media.
